Bayou Bead Chain Eyes are built for tiers who understand that weight isn’t just about getting down—it’s about control. They give you the ability to turn the fly over clean, manage sink rate, and keep your pattern in the strike zone without killing movement.
From shrimp to crabs to light baitfish, bead chain is what keeps flies landing soft and moving naturally—exactly what you need in shallow water where fish are watching everything.
Most bead chain gets treated like an afterthought. It shouldn’t be.
The size and spacing of your eyes directly control how your fly behaves—how it lands, how it tracks, and how natural it looks in the water. Get that right, and everything else in your pattern works the way it’s supposed to.
Built with consistent spacing and a durable coating, Bayou Bead Chain Eyes tie in clean and perform reliably in both freshwater and saltwater applications. No irregular gaps, no inconsistent sizing—just predictable performance every time you sit down at the vise.
This is the go-to choice for shrimp patterns, crab flies, and any shallow water application where a soft landing and controlled sink rate matter most.
